| Abstract: It is a classical result going back to Kronecker and Hurwitz that class numbers of binary quadratic forms satisfy interesting recurrence relations, which relate them to arithmetic functions. In this talk, we will see how the theory of mock modular forms may be used to prove infinite families of such identities. |
