Travel Support Opportunities for Junior Researchers

We are pleased to be able to offer a small number of partial travel awards for junior researchers interested in presenting their research in this conference. If you wish to apply for this support, please submit the required documents to Yuanzhe Xi (yxi26@emory.edu). The deadline for the travel support application is March 24 and we will send the notification by March 31.

To request a Letter of Invitation from the local Conference Organizers, please complete the Letter of Invitation Request Form below. It is important to understand that the purpose of this visa invitation letter is solely to facilitate participants in acquiring a visa or permission to attend the conference. This should not be considered as a commitment from the organizers to bear any expenses or provide financial support. Please be aware that all costs associated with attending the conference are the participant's responsibility.


Visa

Visa Information for International Participants Nationals of certain countries will require a travel visa to enter the United States to attend Precond24 in Atlanta. We strongly advise all participants to check their visa requirements well in advance of their travel dates. Please note that the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. It is the responsibility of the participant to procure the necessary visa to attend Precond24.
