Postdoctoral opening (Fall 2026)

We have one postdoctoral opening starting from Fall 2026. The prospective postdoc will work on the design and implementation of preconditioning techniques for training large-scale neural networks in both scientific computing and data science applications. Successful candidates should have a strong background in stochastic optimization, preconditioning and machine learning. Interested applicants should send an email to Yuanzhe Xi for more details.
